January 15, 2019 - This is the 5th of the 9 main pages devoted to PCH 201 Wellness. This is the main page that links to 3 separate pages, one for each part of the semester. Each of the 3 pages contains resources and background materials that I have compiled to help you understand the textbook you are reading.

I will highlight some of these resources during my lectures, and you can explore everything else you find of interest outside of class. You can also use these pages to start your research for your fact sheet paper. I continually add new materials and links to these pages.
