Problem Analysis: Is the problem behavioral &/or environmental? What makes it a behavioral &/or environmental problem?
Problem Analysis: What kinds of theories will you use to explain AND address the problem?	:
Environmental Analysis how does your Agency fit into the communities it serves? What issues do you need to consider in order for your communications to work (barriers, opportunities, etc.)?
Resource Analysis: What kinds of support (staff, supplies, etc.) will the Agency provide you with to develop and test your communications product? If not, where will you go to get the support you need to complete your project?
Analysis of Similar & Related Efforts what will you be looking at in your literature review? Provide a list of resources.
Competency Analysis	Is your resume up-to-date?
Feasibility of the Proposed Product how confident are you about completing your proposed project in a timely manner? Give reasons.

Who will be your primary, secondary and tertiary populations in your audience?
Who will you gather data from to develop your communications product? How many groups of people?
How will you gather data to develop your communications product?
What kind of permission will you need to gather the data you need to develop your communications product?
Who will you gather data from to pretest/pilot test your prototype?
How will you gather data to pretest/pilot test your prototype?
What kind of permission will you need to conduct the pretest/pilot test?
How do you plan to analyze the data you collect? What statistical program will be using?
Institutional Board Review will you need an IRB other than SCSU's (i.e., board of directors approvals)? If yes, how long will it take to get these additional approvals?
Budget how much do think your proposed project would cost if you were to hire someone to do this? Where will you get estimates for personnel, materials, facilities costs?
Do you know APA format?
